Lead-Based Paint Disclosure

A Lead-Based Paint Disclosure must be signed by all applicants and returned with your rental applications. The EPA also requires that the pamphlet, “Protect Your Family From Lead in Your Home” be made available when renting or selling houses constructed before 1978.

The Internet has an abundance of information if you take time to use it. If someone owns a property, you can be sure they're paying taxes on it and that the county tax assessor will have their information on record. Enter the Property Address > Submit > Details > Owner History You can verify the owner name but you will have to do more Google searching for their contact information.
