OUR FOUNDATION

We were blessed with the ability to purchase our first income property during the COVID-19 pandemic. We needed a safe and convenient way to screen applicants before showing our property. We also realized there was a lot to learn as new property investors.



OUR VISION

We desire to provide resources for new landlords to successfully market their properties and find qualified tenants. We also want to assist our tenants to eventually become home owners.



OUR MISSION

We have always known that God put us together for a purpose. We both have a passion to help families in our community.
